image Wow… another web browser in town! This time is from the big giant - Google. That means I will need to install another web browser in my laptop on top of my current web browser listing - Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Apple Safari and Opera. Mozilla Firefox is my primary browser and I was forced to keep Internet Explorer because it was bundled with my Vista. And, I keep the rest for my web development testing purposes. Today, I went to Digital Mall PJ to get some computer hardware. And, so happened that he recommended me another piece of hardware for NAS from Linksys which is Linksys NAS200. This is my latest tech toy for my office - D-Link DNS-323.

What is D-Link DNS-323? It is a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device with RAID0 / RAID1 / JBOD built-in. It is very affordable and bundled with a lot of features. I can now access the files stored inside the device within my own network or over the Internet. This device does not come with any hard disk. You need to get one or two hard disks to make it work for you.

Why Network Attached Storage (NAS) device?
Nowadays, people are surrounded by storage device like memory card, thumbdrive/USB flash drive, external hard disk, etc. People cannot live without storage device. NAS will be good because you can store files centrally and access with ease.

This is my first article and I am going to show you guys how I make full use of my APC UPS with 2 servers and 1 monitor.

I bought a APC Back-UPS CS 650 a year back with my black Dell PowerEdge SC440 server. The UPS is working fine all these while with a 17″ monitor and the Dell server connected to it. Besides that, I am able to check the voltage load or set the server to shutdown gracefully when there is power outage with the bundled software called PowerChute Personal Edition v2.1.1 for Windows.
