This round I am going to write about criteria needed to win the best boss award but I am going to write it from an employee point of view. Don’t forget that I was once an employee too.

Everyone wants the best in their life. As an employer, I want to have best employee working for me. Although I have not found one but I sure hope it comes along.
I am beginning to doubt if any employee would want to even be nominated but I surely hope so. You do not get anything from winning this but it will give you a sense of satisfaction.
What it takes to win this award?
I was proof reading this post yesterday before publishing it but my laptop’s battery was not as patient as me. I lost the whole post for not saving it so I have to retype it again. A lesson to learn, press Ctrl+S all the time.
Not everything I learned at work is about my work. An acquaintance of mine recently announced that he had bought another house as investment and this very same topic was raised when I was chatting with a friend today. This guy earn a monthly salary but bought two houses on bank loans. Despite the current economy situation, banks are not pulling its rein back but instead they offer better loan packages for personal and business use.
Plants like other living needs food. Company needs food. I see clients as the food for my company. Clients bring in business to the company, which generates profit and pay for the food of the employee. So, client is best described as fertilizer.
What else is needed? Ok, let’s go for sunlight. Plant needs sunlight for its photosynthesis process to make food. My company needs its resources to generate its first round of profit.
What is the sunlight for my company? Capital is one, the others are human resources and clients. Let’s talk about the human resources as our sunlight.
You have got the seed ready, make sure you are confident that it is a good seed. What’s next?
The seed won’t grow without your care. The most important this is to water the seed until it becomes a plant. At certain time, you need to give it a little more water. Other times, too much water will kill the seed.
The other day, I have shared with you a little about the seed I am going to plant. Getting a good plant needs a good seed. This is an important step because it will determine the end result.
The whole start up is like growing a tree. So, we start off with seeding. As I mentioned in my previous post, I worked on two different companies before I start on my own.
It was merely desire to start on my own and I have no capital, no idea where to begin with and not a single plan in my mind.
